Ingredients:
Boiled Rice - 1 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Channa Dal - 1/4 Teaspoon
Urad dal - 1/4 Teaspoon
Cashew nuts - 10 (Broken into small pieces)
Green Chilli - 2 (Slit into 4)
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Curry Leaves - A few strands
Lemon Juice - To taste.
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Tiny bit of sugar for a subtle taste. (Optional)
Method:
- In a kadai add oil. Once the oil is hot add channa dal, urad dal, cashews, green chillies, and curry leaves. And add the lime juice. Add turmeric, sugar and salt.
- Turn off the stove immediately.
- Mix rice with this.
- Lime rice is ready to eat.
- Serve and Enjoy!
