suiya adai

For this Adai batter check out my suiya recipe. Its same batter.Make it in dosa tawa  add oil once cooked on both side,serve it with Kara chutney.
Kara Chutney recipe: Grind red chili,few onion,tomato, one pod garlic.
Now in tawa pour the mixture and fry till raw smell is gone .Do seasoning with mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Ingredients
Tomato-1
Pearl onion-1cup
clove-1or 2 pieces
Cinnamon-1small piece
Bay leaves-1small piece
Ginger,Garlic-1spoon crushed
Roasted Channa Dal powder(dahlia)-2tblsp
coconut-1/4cup crushed ,so that it will be small ,small pieces in the gravy
Chili powder-1 1/2tsp(add according to your taste)
Garam masala or Kari masala powder-1tsp
METHOD
This should be prepared in pressure cooker.
Place cooker on stove add oil once its hot add all spices ,onion, tomato,ginger,garlic and fry for few min now add chili powder,garam masala powder.
Now add water mixed with dahlia powder and crushed coconut.
Close cooker and leave 2 whistle.
now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Sevai Upma (Vermicelli Upma)


INGREDIENTS:

Sevai (Vermicelli) - 100 grams
Sliced Onions - 1
Green Chili - 4 to 6
Curry leaves - Few strands
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Urud Dal - Half Teaspoon
Channa Dal - Half Teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
Salt - As per Taste.
Oil - One & a half Tablespoon.

Optional:
Few strands of Coriander Leaves for Garnishing.

METHOD:

Cook the sevai (vermicelli) in boiling water and strain it.
In a Kadai heat oil and add: mustard seeds, urud dal, channa dal, curry leaves, green chillies, and onion. Saute  till onion is transparent. 
Now add turmeric powder and the strained vermicelli. Add salt and mix well.
Sprinkle lime juice, mix and cover with a lid, simmer the stove and leave it for a few seconds.

Serve.

You can also garnish with a few strands of coriander leaves.


Paneer Roast



INGREDIENTS:

Paneer - 50 grams
Yogurt - 4 table spoons
Chili Powder - Half Teaspoon
Besan Flour - 2 Teaspoon
Amchur Powder - 2 Pinch or as per taste.
Salt - As per taste.
Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon.
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/4 teaspoon

Few pieces of Diced Onion and Tomato

METHOD:

Mix the Chili Powder, Besan Flour, Amchur Powder, Salt, Garam Masala, and Ginger Garlic Paste with the yogurt to make a batter.
Cut the Paneer into square pieces, dip both sides in the batter so that it coats well. Now shallow fry the paneer pieces on both sides using a Tawa.

Mix the onion and tomato pieces with the remaining batter and slightly cook in the Tawa and serve with the paneer.
You can also sprinkle chaat masala on top of the paneer pieces before serving.

Egg-Less Chocolate Cake


    Ingredient
    21/2 - tablespoons cocoa powder
    1 -cup plain flour (maida)
    1- teaspoon baking powder
    1/2- teaspoon soda bi-carbonate
    1/2 can (400 grams for full can) condensed milk(u can alternate with powder sugar11/2cup)
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1/2 teaspoon coffee powder
    Milk or water -1/2cup
    Method
    Sift the cocoa powder,powder sugar,coffee powder, flour, baking powder and soda bi-carbonate.
    Combine all the ingredients together with 1/2 cup (100 ml.) of milk ,vanilla essence and melted butter in a bowl and mix well using a whisk.Pour this mixture into a greased 150 mm. (6″) diameter baking tin after greasing it.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400°F(my oven is small one) for 20 minutes or till a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
    Note:if need add 3,4 tbsp water extra.oven temp depends on what kind of you use.

Kara Suiya

Ingridients
Rice -1cup
Uradal -3/4cup
Onion - 1(diced)
Green chili -5to 6(chopped)
Curry leaves -few
Ginger -1/2inch (chopped)
Grated carrot - 1/4cup
grated coconut -1/4cup
mustards seeds -1tsp
Oil to fry
Method
Soak rice and uradal in water for 1hour and grind them. (Rice should be little coarse and uradal should be soft and fluffy).
Add salt and mix them together,batter should be thick.
In a kadai put some oil. Add mustard seeds , greenchili,curry leaves,ginger,carrot,coconut,and coriander leaves .Saute for few second and add it to the batter.
Now fry in oil as small balls.
Eat this with chetney and enjoy.

Dosa pizza


Ingredients
Dosa batter-1cup
Pizza sauce -1/2cup
Capsicum-1
Onion sliced - 1
Any vegetable can be sliced and added as topping.
Mixed italian herb to sprinkle on top.
mozeralla cheese.




METHOD
Put dosa batter on hot pan and spread little as done for pancake.
keep flame in simmer .
now add tomato sauce and add vegetables and cheese one by one and sprinkle herb on top.
once cheese is fully melts remove it from fire and serve hot yammy pizza.
